Complimentary Policy
The 15th member of a group will be given complimentary one person.
Currency
We would like to foretell all travellers visiting Myanmar to bring US Dollars cash (small denomination notes) and it’s easily exchangeable for foreign Exchange Certificates (FEC’s) at authorized money changes through out the country.
Other Foreign currencies such as pound sterling, French Frances, Deutsche Marks, and Japanese you can only be exchanged into FEC’s at the currency Exchange counter inside Yangon International Airport on arrival or at the Myanmar Foreign Trade Bank in Yangon. All authorized money changer through out Myanmar will only accept US Dollars. You can exchange your FEC’s into the local Myanmar currency ‘Kyat’. For payment of any purchases through out the country can pay on Dollars or FEC’s 1 FEC = 1 USD.
Cancellation Fees & Refunds
SSW Travels & Tours understands that cancellations are a part of the travel business. After commencement of travel no refund either in full or in part, will be given for unused services included in the program, unless it is directly caused by SSW Travels & Tours. So we try to be as flexible as possible with our policy. Company operation and communication costs and direct charges which may be collected by our local providers such as Airlines, hotels etc... will normally be charged to the clients. We will always try to minimize any cancellation fee to our clients.
Deposits & Payment
When making reservation with SSW Travls & Tours, we will require a deposit to secure all travel services. When you make reservation please enquire. The balance of the tour price should be paid at least one month in advance when reservation is confirmed. If you would like to send the money with you bank.
